We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Defective or Damaged unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This lightweight calming serum soothes skin and targets redness and sensitivity whilst controlling sebum/oil production - keeping the skin even, supple and
smooth. The main ingredient in this serum is Green Tea Leaf Water (50.9%) which is rich in antioxidants and protects the skin from UV rays. The Centella Extract
in the formula helps calm the skin while the Algae extract pumps rich nutrients and hydration into the skin. The serum is formulated with traditional Korean herbal medicine ingredients ('hanbang') and is without artificial fragrances, colour, alcohol, silicone, mineralor essential oils. Very suitable for sensitive skin too.

How To Use
1. Use after cleansing, toning and/or essence
2. Put 3-4 drops on your face (make sure the dropper doesn't touch your skin)

How long does it take for home delivery?

We use Royal mail to send most of our UK orders. Which usually takes 2-3 working days to fully deliver the parcels.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
