We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Defective or Damaged unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This cleansing oil is made with 50% Soybean Oil, which has been substantially tested by the Beauty Of Joseon team, and is deemed to be the best base for
their cleansing oil due to its light texture yet effective in removing dirt, sebum, makeup, and other oil-based impurities. This cleansing oil also contains 0.5% Ginseng Seed Oil that protects the skin and offers anti-aging care whilst giving it a cozy grass scent that makes the cleansing experience calm and pleasant. The cleansing oil is made with Micellar Cleansing Technology. Micellar is a particle composed of water and oil, and when in contact with the skin, the oil molecules will attract and absorb waste residues like a magnet, while supplying moisture deep into the skin.

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders..

How long does it take for home delivery?

We use Royal mail to send most of our UK orders. Which usually takes 2-3 working days to fully deliver the parcels.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.
